Generated Content

For paid plans, you own the videos generated through our Services and may use them for commercial purposes. Free tier users receive a limited license with watermarked outputs for non-commercial use only.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• Impersonate real individuals without their consent
• Create adult, violent, or hateful content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to abuse our Services
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

6. API Usage

If you use our API, you additionally agree to:

• Comply with rate limits and usage quotas
• Keep API keys secure and confidential
• Not resell API access without authorization
• Include appropriate attribution where required

• Generated content will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerveVideos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
